FairwayPlan is provided free of charge and on an as-is basis. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or continuous availability. The service may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
Course pricing and details
Green fees, course ratings, and other details shown in your itinerary are indicative only. They are drawn from publicly available data and may be out of date. Always confirm pricing and availability directly with the golf course before booking. FairwayPlan is not responsible for discrepancies between the information shown and the course's current rates.
Itinerary recommendations
The itinerary generated by our solver is a recommendation only. It is produced by an automated optimisation algorithm and does not constitute a booking, guarantee, or professional travel advice. Tee time availability, weather conditions, and course access should all be independently verified before you travel.
Limitation of liability
FairwayPlan is not liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from reliance on itinerary output, inaccurate course data, booking errors, or service unavailability. Use the platform as a planning aid, not as a substitute for your own due diligence.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use FairwayPlan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
